PALS – Skills Session (AHA Blended Learning)

Notes:	This PALS HeartCode skills session is offered by an AHA-authorized Training Center in Middletown, Ohio. Led by experienced AHA Training Faculty, our program offers efficient and professional skills evaluation with same-day certification.

This course is the in-person skills evaluation portion of the American Heart Association (AHA) HeartCode PALS Blended Learning program.

Students must complete the HeartCode PALS online course through the AHA prior to attending the skills session. The online component covers all didactic content, testing, and simulations. This in-person session focuses exclusively on hands-on skills practice, megacode testing, and instructor evaluation.

During the skills session, students will demonstrate proficiency in:

• High-quality CPR and airway management

• Pediatric Respiratory, Shock, and Cardiac Emergencies

• Team dynamics and megacode performance

Successful completion of both the online HeartCode PALS course and this in-person skills session is required to receive an AHA ACLS Provider eCard.

📌 Important: This is not a traditional lecture-based PALS course. No classroom instruction or written exams are provided during the skills session.

Students who arrive without proof of completed HeartCode PALS online training will not be permitted to participate and will need to reschedule.

Same-Day eCard Issuance: Students receive their AHA PALS Provider eCard the same day upon successful completion of all course requirements.
